TOTAL BODY, TOTAL WORKOUT. Get the best of both worlds in this 45-minute cardio and strength training class that combines heart-pounding interval training or walking with total body strength work to improve your overall speed, acceleration, and endurance. This workout is for all levels! BYOM(Bring Your Own yoga Mat). We'll provide sweat towels & water!
Once you crush the workout, we'll answer any questions you have about STRIDE and walk over to Bakery Square for their beer fest event!
