Looking for Someone is an expert on Car Registration Lien

Hello I have purchased a car that the owner didn't have a pink slip or "A Certificate of Title" and told me that it was last registered in California 3 years ago. When I went to the DMV to have it registered, they told me that the Car has a lien from a Finance Company located in Mobile, Alabama. We need someone that can help us register the car with the Lien and in our name. We have had the car for more than 30 days. If you can help us, please send us your contact information.
