Growing gardening business seeks ongoing help.
Likely 1-2 days a week to start, as I have too much work to do by myself, but not enough to hire someone on full time.
Work to include weeding, watering, fertilizing, raking, soil moving and sifting, pest control, some pruning and lots of digging.
Must be:
Meticulous
On time
An excellent communicator
Comfortable working independently
Unafraid of hard work and dirt
It would be awesome if you have:
Some gardening experience
A real interest in plants and design
A sense of humor
Transportation
My idea is that you’ll accompany me on jobs, getting to know my clients’ gardens, to the point where I can confidently send you on a maintenance visit or to prune a hedge when I have to be somewhere else.
Likely a couple of days a week to start, with more to follow, potentially transitioning to full time.
Pay DOE, max $20 per hour
