Since 2001, I was responsible for the direct leadership of the Contemporary music, including supervision and direction of the young musicians at a Methodist church. Created custom sheet music and arrangements with the diverse instruments to orchestrate complete scores to meet the abilities of individuals. With a background in various musical styles and genres, provided leadership in a way that inspires people of every age, culture and class as a positive, inclusive experience for all. With an open mind, patience, and the ability to think outside the box, brought new ideas and perspectives to the church. Leading by example, inspired and developed the youth in their technical musical abilities playing in an ensemble, while instilling a sense of teamwork and humbleness.
