Stolen Passport in a Blue UnderArmour backpack

On November 8th, someone broke into my car parked at the Westfield Valley Mall and stole my blue coloured UnderArmour backpack. It had my passport, 2 laptops and a couple of other electronic items. I have no hope to recover the electronics but I am desperate to get my passport back. I filed a police report and spoke to Santa Clara P.D. who said that they might not find the bag. If someone finds a Republic of India passport with the last name Pasumarty, please contact me. I'm an international student visiting California and I'm desperate to get my passport back. Will offer a reward - Please help!
