Have you ever tried authentic Russian food made by real babushkas? Here is your chance! We would like to invite you and your families to our Christmas Festival on Saturday, December 4, from 11 am to 4 pm at the Russian Church in Menlo Park (1220 Crane St) where you will enjoy:
- Traditional Russian cuisine: Piroshki, Pelmeni, Bliny, Golubtsy and Bortsch made by our sisterhood, served hot or frozen to take out;
- Russian pastries and cakes;
- Christmas boutique;
- Russian gifts and souvenirs;
- Lucky Barrel gifts;
- festive Food Gift baskets and more!
Our homemade recipes are inherited from Russian emigres of the beginning of the 20th century and the quality has been checked by our veteran, 100-years old Ida, who has personally come to oversee the piroshki making this year.
Also, this year our Festival coincides with the church feast of The Entrance of the Mother of God into the Temple of the Lord. You are welcome to attend the beautiful and solemn service from 9 am to 10:15 am.
See you there!
