Are you just starting out as a painting contractor? Or tired of estimating, collecting payments, marketing and the other BS associated with the trade? Looking to stay busy with consistent work doing residential repaints? I own a painting company that services King & Pierce counties. We repaint residential properties and projects are simple and limited to a couple of colors and walls, ceiling, trim and doors. We’re growing but what we need are GOOD painters to sub work out to. What we offer: Negotiable splits based on square footage pricing Consistent work Easy payments by cash, check or electronic transfer We handle the customer service, billing, sales, marketing and warranty claims We’re great at keeping customers in line and keeping you stress-free All you have to do is what you’re good at: painting. You’ll also need: A speciality trade license Insurance Bond Workers comp if you have employees A W-9 for the current tax year Tools to do the job (ladders, drops, sprayer, etc) If you’re just starting out, we can get you on payroll as an employee until you’re fully licensed, tooled up and insured.
