Position: Facilities Field Specialist Level 1 – Full Time Reports to: Director of Facilities Position Type: Non exempt Hours: 40 per week Fringe Benefits: Yes Basic Duties: • Perform facility maintenance and cleaning tasks throughout the complex as directed • Assess facility maintenance and cleaning needs daily and report to a facilities lead specialist Requirements: • One year in maintenance, lawn services, sports/park facility maintenance or equivalent experience • Attention to detail, takes personal initiative, completes all work with high quality • Consistent positive attitude • Motivated with ability to work individually or with others • Ability to operate lawn and farm equipment/other commercial maintenance skill • Ability to work strenuously for long periods of time and lift and carry 50 pounds • Ability to carry an extension ladder for 50 yards • Ability to change project or duty assigned at any time • Exceptional customer service attitude • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts • Criminal history background check Desired skills/experience: • Commercial painting experience or education • Bi-lingual English-Spanish proficiency • Equipment maintenance experience or education • Specific trade certifications (electrical, mechanic, etc.)
