Responsibilities : Provide general administrative support Answers phones respond to requests Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications. • General business skills such as typing; data entry and review; and use of phone, copier, and fax. • Ability to follow detailed instructions to complete routine procedures and/or operate standard equipment. • Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests. • Verbal and written communication, Organizational skills a must Provide support to President and Controller Coordinate and schedule service Tech’s client appointments Provide support to President and Controller Experience: 1-3 years in an office environment High School Diploma or GED Ability to prioritize tasks Financial/Bookkeeping a plus Provide support to President and Controller Please submit resume to [email protected]
