Find your inner strength during the holiday season with our Pilates classes led by Nicole Warren. Join us in Ozanne Room on December 12th & 19th for our 45 minute hot Pilates with Nicole Warren combining Pilates principles with Tabata training: High intensity, low impact, total body workout to sculpt and strengthen the core. Please bring your own yoga mat & towel. Must be 12 years old or older for hot Pilates. Space is limited and all spaces must be reserved before the start of the event. Tickets include one complimentary Hot Chocolate with one add in, Spiked Hot Chocolate, Toddy, or Spiked Coffee from Wigwam Bar.
