Need to rehome cat for free

I got this cat on September 14th through a home to home program. She has been very scared and stressed out in my household I’m assuming due to my toddlers and other animals. She has stayed up in the guest bedroom basically the whole times we’ve had her and has really only warmed up to my mom. She occasionally will let me pet her but is still skittish & does not like my kids at all when In the room. Unfortunately my mom is only staying with us temporarily and can not take her with when she leaves as she’s a travel nurse. So unfortunately I’m looking to rehome her to someone who doesn’t have any children or pets and has experience with cats, she definitely needs someone to be patient with her as it took a whole month just for her to warm up to my mom who’s in the guest room all the time. When I got her I was told she’s 4. Even though she’s skittish around me she is very affectionate to my mom. So she is a loving girl, she just needs a calm patient loving home.
