Touchpoint360 is seeking an energetic individual who portrays a customer-friendly personality, is able to communicate effectively and work independently at various laboratory supply centers. The person will be responsible for receiving orders for lab related products at each specified location, stocking products, placing orders, replenishing marketing materials and building strong customer relations with the supply center users. This position is a long-term, part time, assignment with guaranteed weekly hours, with pay starting at $23.00 an hour. The ideal person will be able to lift 35 pounds, extremely reliable and available on the specified schedule. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to supply center users by keeping centers stocked, clean and available to customers Receive product at supply center Check-in orders and restock units into cool and dry storage areas Place stock according to POG and rotating stock by expiration date Place orders on line via ordering system Report any consistent out of stock conditions or customer concerns Check on special order status and purchase orders Conduct inventory to insure supply chain accuracy Ensure refrigeration units are clean and in proper working order Stock supply center with order forms, brochures and marketing
