Police Search For Killer in Inglewood

INGLEWOOD, CA — A man was shot and killed in Inglewood Tuesday evening and authorities were searching for the culprit. The shooting occurred at about 7:25 p.m. in the 10700 block of Firmona Avenue, near Lennox Park, according to Deputy Miguel Meza of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His name was not released pending notification of next of kin. No suspect description was provided.
