Come immerse yourself in an unbelievable experience to fully nourish, awaken, and elevate into a more alive Being! This retreat is an opportunity to create time for stillness, reflection, and meaningful connection yet it’s also an invitation to celebrate, play, and release! However, this is an opportunity to come into community and gather with each other if you feel inspired to get out and open up to this weekend of humbling love. To maintain a healthy environment + enjoy an intimate & transformative experience, this retreat is VERY limited and will only be welcoming a small group. We will be taking all the precautions necessary for you to feel SAFE during this experience. There will be plenty of hand sanitizer available and will continuously be cleaning the communal spaces. Please be respectful of your own space, hygiene, and the land. If you have been sick or exposed to someone who has within 14 days prior to this event, please stay home and keep other safe and healthy. Masks are encouraged but not required if we gather closer than 6ft. However, we intend to be physically active. If you have any limitations we are here to support you and make it accessible as best as we possibly can. There will be chairs available for yoga and ALWAYS the option to opt out of any activity not only if your personal body is asking for it, but also if the heart and soul are asking for more rest. This retreat is for YOU and that may be immersing yourself in a sacred space and napping in a hammock all weekend. This event does include a massage but if you prefer to not receive physical touch then distant energy healing is available, too. We want this weekend to be healing, connective, and joyful.
