Press release from the Chico Police Department: November 6, 2021 On 11/6/21, Chico Police Department was contacted regarding two missing family members. The family members, identified as Shanicqua JONES, age 32, was last seen with her two-year-old daughter, Jayliah, in the area of Nord Ave on 10/30/21. Family members were concerned that Shanicqua has not contacted them since that date, which is not her normal routine. Shanicqua was last seen driving a 2009 white Dodge Caravan, CA 8MCA249.
