Part-time local maintenance person for vacation property on Anna Maria. 2-4 Saturdays per month for 4-6 hours a day.
Misc minor repairs as needed, such as:
Clean and repair bicycles and flat tires
Change AC filters
Touch up paint
Pressure wash
Weed control
Trim bushes
Need vehicle and most tools. Please reply to Darryl with your city, requested hourly pay, and experience.
