1 YR OLD PUPPY NEED HERO BY 11/13 at shelter

Hi, I'm Parker.🐾 (only 1 years old! Compatibility with dogs unknown) I've been at the shelter since Aug. 2021! and am now set to be euthanized on 11/14. I get stressed and anxious when being touched or handled on leash! How sad... I just need help and training!. Not a reason to put me down but I do need a home that will work with me. Call ) or message this page if you can save my life. I'm Just one years old! I am un-neutered male, fawn and white American Pit Bull Terrier (43.5 lbs.). When I was brought to the shelter as a stray, I was too scared to walk on a leash and needed to be transported in a cart to my kennel. Out of my kennel, I am timid and not approachable at first. At times I allow petting but, I'm sure this is because of shelter environment and how stressed I am here. I'm uncomfortable with leashing and may flinch and jump when the leash touches my back. I really just need a loving home to help me with training and work with me.. Shelter is not doing dog to dog assessments so I don't know how I am with other dogs. For a while I was making progress but now I a declining and struggling in my kennel. The shelter says that children in the home must 5+. I need a family introduction, an experienced adopter that will help me with socialization, and in-home training (leash work). Who will help me this? I don’t want to be put down!.
