COOPER: We rescued Cooper from a high kill shelter in the 25th hour. The Day we rescued Cooper eight of his friends were killed. Cooper is proof that animals need to be Rescued or Death is a very likely option for them. Cooper is being fostered by a wonderful family where he has demonstrated that he is great with children and other dogs. Cooper is a very happy boy! He’s always smiling. Cooper is the whole package and he is stunning! He is up-to-date on his vaccinations and he is neutered and he's micro chipped.
