MEB is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to help maintain our Apartment Communities. Opportunities in Camp Verde and Sedona locations. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English for business necessities Appliance, Electrical, HVAC, Painting, and Plumbing experience Pools and Spa experience Minimum 1-year experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service HVAC Freon Certification preferred Background and pre-employment drug screening are required.
