Skilled Tradesmen/Handyman Looking for experienced handyman with tools for rental properties- El Cajon Working hours- As needed, no obligations on either side. Experience: Plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, ect. Tools: Must have all needed tools to do jobs, come to job with tools boxes and ready. Truck: Must have a professional truck or van Pay: Hourly pay- depending on experience. Please respond with your rate $ per hour. We are NOT looking for a bid per job type, hourly work and labor unit only, thank you. General Labor / Maintenance Looking for experienced general labor/maintenance for rental properties- El Cajon Working hours- As needed, no obligations on either side.
