Small Contracting company needs a skilled carpenter for a basement project for a client. Work will include high end paneling, trim, finish, cabinetry, fireplace surround, staining work. Need to have all your own tools, references, insurance. We have our own general carpentry/handymen type crews - framing, sheetrock, utilities are complete. Unfortunately my crews believe everything can be fixed with caulk and a bigger hammer ! Need someone who can do fine trim and finish work - that means perfect cuts, coping, having all proper tools and equipment. Have other regular jobs as well as we are expanding, so this can be a recurring arrangement - ideal for a small cabinet maker / finish carpenter who is self directed and motivated to get things completed in a steady pace.
