Monday through Friday. No work on weekends or holidays. Entry level positions - training provided. Experience is not required, but you must have a strong work ethic and good people skills which includes a kind, caring heart with an ability to treat people with respect at all times. Following training, you will be working with developmentally disabled adults. Our consumers are high functioning with behavioral issues. We maintain a staffing ratio of one staff member for each three consumers. The program is located at a horse ranch in Lakeside. If you like the privilege of working both inside and at other times in the open air, this job may be for you! You will receive excellent training in the field of developmental services from one of the most respected agencies in San Diego County. It is a great opportunity for career building.
