General Labor- Construction & Manufacturing RJ Russo LLC. – Phoenix, AZ About the role: RJ Russo is recruiting General Labor for a growing (and expanding) steel fabricator/manufacturer in Phoenix AZ. In this role you’ll be working with other team members in the steel construction. Job details: Pay: $14-18/hr (depending on experience) Work schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00AM-2:00PM) Location: Near downtown Phoenix (Buckeye Rd & 35th Ave) Benefits (what the job offers): Vacation, Health benefits, 401k, weekly paychecks, paid tuition for shop classes, paid time-off MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG SCREENING PRIOR TO BEING HIRED Responsibilities: Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lb. items including ability to lift overhead. • General background of power and hand tools such as drills, grinders, chop saws and general construction tools. • Operate forklift safely • Ability to quickly read a tape measure down to 1/16". • Work under area leads and shop manager to carry out various tasks throughout the fabrication plant. • Ability to follow directions, ask appropriate questions and show a desire to learn. • Work with quality control, leads and peers to ensure the highest quality and understanding of maintaining a quality product. • Work under direction in both team and individual settings. • Achieve production goals set while meeting all quality expectations. • Continual training as needed to improve assembly procedures. • Help create and maintain a positive, respectful and productive team, area and company. • Follow all company policies including but not limited to: Attendance, Safety, Food and drink, equipment handling and all others • Shop maintenance and cleaning as needed and instructed. • Flexibility to work overtime to meet production schedules. • All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned HOW TO APPLY Please call 623-248-0396-walk in interviews on Tuesdays and Thursdays 2-4 p.m.
