PAL Staffing Services is looking for 5 Uniform and Linen Delivery Drivers. PERMANENT IMMEDIATE HIRE. PREVIOUS OR CURRENT EXPERIENCE IN THIS LINE OF WORK. Driver will report to the Service Director. YOU WILL BEND, STOOP, LIFT, GRIP, GRASP, THROUGHOUT YOUR SHIFT. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN OUTDOOR ELEMENTS AS THIS IS A POSITION THAT ENTAILS DRIVING AND WORKING IN AN OPEN WAREHOUSE FACILITY. ​​ Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Review requests for shuttles for accuracy and completeness; verify pro-actively with Account Managers when necessary 2) Plan daily routing for efficiency of travel and for completion of requests 3) Service accounts and requests within the company’s guidelines of customer service. Understands and utilizes company’s policies and procedures 4) Provide feedback to Account Managers through designated communication tools any customer requests or concerns on a same-day basis 5) Track daily shuttles and mileage using approved forms 6) Assist Account Managers with servicing of customers’ accounts 7) Install equipment in customers’ locations using provided tools 8) Refurbish and paint lockers for re-use in customer accounts 9) Refurbish and paint garment rails for use in customer accounts 10) Monitor and report accurate equipment inventories 11) Oversee Service Department paperwork cabinet for completeness 12) Assist the plant with requests for transport of equipment and vehicles 13) Attend and participate in Company, Department and team meetings 14) Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Director or Route Manager Must pass a criminal background, and drug screen.
