Needing some help around the house

I decided to post an ad because I am feeling a little overwhelmed with trying to get some projects done around my house and am looking for someone to help me on the weekends over the next month or so. You will be working with me, and I am looking for someone with a friendly demeanor, a good attitude, and a strong work ethic. It is too much to do on my own and it would be nice to have someone to help me. I work during the week and the work would be mostly done on the weekends but maybe a few weekday evenings for a few hours. Basically, I need help cleaning up my yard and painting the interior of my house. I would need someone to commit to 6 to 8 hours per day for Saturday and Sunday. I should have all the tools and supplies we need. I will feed you. Smoking is okay. Absolutely no tweakers. I live about a mile off of 99E and I-205 in Gladstone. I haven’t decided on an hourly rate but something in the range of $15 - $20 an hour. I expect to have about 40 hours’ worth of work. Possibly start this weekend, November 13th but definitely the following weekend, November 20th. The yard work would consist of pulling/whacking weeds, picking up leaves and yard debris, and bagging everything to take to the dump. Nothing too dirty or too heavy, it’s just a mess. I also have a very dirty car that I haven’t been driving and needs to be cleaned inside and out to sell. The interior painting would consist of wiping down/cleaning all the walls, ceilings, doors, and windows. Masking doors, windows, cabinets, etc. The walls and ceilings will be primed and painted with brushes and rollers. The home is a single story and the area I am painting is approximately 900 square feet.
