You will help maintain a safe and clean work environment, and complying with critical food safety and workplace safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Requirements: Reliability -- great attendance, great attitude Production line experience is required, no food manufacturing experience is required Can routinely lift 55 pounds Comfortable with sustained physical work Well organized, and approaches work pro-actively for both efficiency, safety and accuracy Can maintain a critical balance of speed, safety, and accuracy Must work extremely well with a diverse group of people Knows how to motivate and inspire others on the job! Consistently pays attention to detail Self-motivated, always striving for improvement Extremely conscientious and reliable, with impeccable integrity Has reliable transportation and can easily commute to our facility A bonus if you have previous lead or supervisory experience on a production line. Previous experience does not necessarily need to be in a food manufacturing environment. If you do not have forklift or pallet jack experience, we will provide training. We are growing!
