I need help with all the stuff I do. Yes, it includes a little filing and organizing, but mostly it is about cleaning, painting, gardening, and general help. Helping me clean my house would be awesome. I have several properties that need help with keeping them clean, weeding the gardens, painting a wall or two if needed. I work alongside, as I am good at all of that. Also, I have been doing this for years, so I know how to do this stuff. I need a completely honest person, as we are going into people's apartments to fix and clean things. Be bondable... That means you don't have a criminal past. Be honest. I would rather know about something breaking or being lost than try to figure it out. Honesty is important and makes anyone a better person. Be of legal age. As much as I would like to help younger people, I stay within the law. I am a realtor, so if you have a license, even better. I can teach you the business. If you don't have a license I can help you get one. Cleaning is important, and I am a "clean freak".. I admit that upfront. I like things done well and very detailed. Speed is also important but breaking things because of haste doesn't help. Easy to work with, and an enjoyable workplace. Running errands, helping me with groceries, etc. I can't lift very much so your assistance is important to me. ( back surgery you know) Please have your own transportation. I have an SUV but sometimes you have to get places on your own. We show units for rent, take applications, keep our files in order ( and I need a lot of help with that, as I need to go through all our files to start fresh at the beginning of the year) Be a self-motivated person. I cannot always work alongside you, so you need to be able to motivate yourself to complete the task. I have gone through decades of assistants. Here is what I have found. Since I do cleaning and painting myself, I know how long projects should take. I can tell if a property has been cleaned during the past week, or two weeks, or months. I know the difference from experience. I am not asking for a miracle. I am asking for an honest, hard-working person who is willing to do what is necessary to get things done. I am cheerful and good-natured and want the same. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour. This is a full-time job.
