Stray Dog

Description

There is a stray dog, about 60 lbs., white w/ brown ears, looks maybe like a spaniel, that is running around in circles in Glenhaven Park on NE 82nd. I tried to get it to come to be but it wouldn't. It looks like it has a collar and tag.
