We provide water/mold remediation and reconstruction services in the South Bay, North Bay, East Bay, Tri Valley and Central Valley areas. We are looking for a water and mold remediation technician who has the ability to manage or assist each phase from the initial state to completion. This person must have a keen attention to detail as well as be knowledgeable in applying the industry's best practices. Core responsibilities for this position include the following: • Follow procedures to perform damage services for residential and commercial property. • Lead and assist while performing water and mold remediation or emergency services. • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, management and customers. • Take direction from project manager. • Responsible for having customers complete all contracts to provide authorization to perform services. • Complete daily electronic paperwork for documentation and billing. • Perform any necessary tasks to help expedite the completion of the job. • Maintain company vehicle and restock supplies as needed. • Complete timecard efficiently and in a timely manner. Additional requirements include the following: • Valid driving license with good DMV record. • Proof of eligibility to work in the US. • Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test. • Regular attendance and arriving to work on-time. • On-call and work after hours. • Ability to problem-solve. • Ability to work well with others as well as be able to work independently. • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
