You may not be a farmer but you can sell a farmers product and run your own market at a Farmers Market near you. We provide you with our farmstead cheeses and eggs, marketing materials and all of the market stall supplies you will need to run your market. There is no risk or cost to you, only profit and happy customers! We are the Achadinha Cheese Company, a fourth generation family dairy farm located in West Sonoma County California. Our products are made on the ranch, using the milk from our pastured jersey cows. Our award winning cheeses are sought after nationwide, featured on menu's of five star restaurants and paired with many gold medal wines throughout Sonoma and Napa vineyards. You can feel confident that you are selling delicious, high quality cheeses that are healthy for humans, animals and the environment. Our cheeses are only sold to consumers through our website and at local Farmers Markets throughout the bay area. If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, we have several markets opening up in the North Bay and South Bay and are looking for people interested in filling the role as our Vendor in these markets. We provide easy online training videos so you can learn about our products, how to do sale transactions and tips to help grow your market in your community. Farmers’ Markets are a great environment to interact with people, become part of a huge network of other market vendors, and be a part of the farm-to-table movement. We primarily need weekend warriors. We prefer to send our vendors to the same market weekly so that it becomes “your market” in a way that you are able to get to know your customers (80% weekly repeat customers.) This is a part-time role with shifts each Saturday and/or Sunday, with possible weekday markets when available, we provide paid training and everything you will need to be successful at your market.
