We are currently seeking a full-time maintenance technician that will split their time between 22 unit Arcade Apartments, 84 unit Park at Fifth Street, and 70 unit Santana Court Apartments in Corvallis. The successful candidate will be able to perform the following: -Apartment turn over maintenance, painting, and touch up -Communicate successfully with the community manager -Clean common areas -Drywall repair and patching -Install ceiling fans, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and faucets -Repair tile and grout -Troubleshoot water heaters and thermostats -Complete unit to unit inspections per supervisor's request Weekly Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm On-call emergency rotation $17.00-$20.00 per hour, DOE REQUIREMENTS -Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required. -Employee must have their own tools to perform duties. -High School diploma or equivalent -Basic knowledge of Oregon Tenant/Landlord Laws -Understanding Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing laws -At least 1 year OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE, preferably in a market with a high summer turnover rate. Screening prior to a job offer: Background, Driving, and Drug. (Testing positive for THC alone will not disqualify an applicant for consideration.)
