Looking to Rehome Indian Ringneck

Sadly due to life and home complications, I have made the decision to rehome my Indian Ringneck. She is albino, almost 3 years old, and she was DNA sexed female. She is tame and she will step up, but is very independent and hasn't truly bonded to anybody in the household. She prefers to do her own thing in the same room as you instead of being handled. She can be sassy but has never bitten anyone. She knows how to give kisses, wolf whistle, and is catching on to the Addams Family theme song. She can be loud here and there so she is not a suitable apartment bird. My bird does not get along well with other birds so I'd prefer if she goes to a home with no other birds, OR to a home with an experienced bird owner who is prepared to handle this type of thing. She is familiar with cats, and I am unsure if she gets along with children. There will be a rehoming fee, and no cage will be included. I will be a bit picky with rehoming her and I will not send her away to just anybody.
