Tower Tech Services is hiring laborer hands to work on cooling towers in the Dallas and North Texas region. Job entails the use of, but not limited to, using hand and power tools in the performance of repairs and upgrades to equipment. Job duties vary from day today, can range from replacing mechanical components, replacing heat transfer media, to small coating projects. Paid on the job training is included. Starting pay rate is $18/hr+ (overtime is $27/hr), or more based on experience. Sign-on bonus of $250 after 30 days. Paid weekly. Lots of overtime available, crews typically work 50-60+ hours a week. Typically some out of town work (per diem paid, et al). All tools and protective equipment (PPE) are provided by the company Benefits offered include health insurance, 401k, and vacation pay. Background in construction is a plus. Need reliable means to get to our main office every morning. Hours vary (sometimes early, 6am or earlier, ypically 7am; depends on the jobsite for the day).
