Part time to Full time Rehabber & Maintenance position. Most importantly, have construction experience and be able to rehab park's mobile homes. Other maintenance duties will include: Mowing all common areas front/side yards Mowing all vacant lots (weed whacking, around fence lines, trees, flower beds, signs etc.) Leaf removal, snow removal Making sure all litter is picked up and disposed of Work that may need to be done in park owned homes for upkeep as well as any issues that may arise i.e. painting, plumbing, etc. Read, know and help enforce park’s rules and regulations Notify Management of anything that may need attention i.e. leaks or resident concerns There is a certain amount of “on call” for emergencies
