Grace Point Fellowship invites all of our Exit 38 Students to join us for an epic weekend at Winter Retreat in Gatlinburg, TN! WINTER RETREAT 2020 Grace Point Fellowship would like to invite our students to join us for a weekend they will never forget in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, TN area at Winter Retreat ‘21. We will leave early morning Saturday, Jan. 16, and return the evening of Monday, Jan. 18. This year, like Beach Camp 2020, we’ll be doing our own retreat, which gives us more safety and flexibility for all students. We will be staying with Edencrest Vacation Rentals in Pigeon Forge, and will have our own cabins in Edencrest’s Poplar Point! Poplar Point cabin area in Pigeon Forge has its own indoor heated pool, bonfire area, and hot tubs. Highlights for this year also include: the world’s longest sky bridge, Gatlinburg window shopping, and night swimming (indoors), and hiking (weather permitting)! Students will also get to hang out with our awesome Exit 38 leaders, worship, and study God’s Word together! COST Cost will be $175 for students, and just $75 for chaperones (chaperones must be approved to go and at least 20 yrs of age. Register early!). Everyone will also need to bring cash for a few meals during the retreat. *Late Registration Cost (After Dec. 13th): $195 PARENT MEETING Parent Meeting will be at 4 PM on January 10th with Departure and Return times for January 18th and January 20th! All final paperwork/payments will be due at this time. A detailed itinerary will be given out at the meeting and packing list.
