High-end HVAC company seeks qualified individual with strong work ethic. Must have experience as a lead technician cleaning residential and commercial HVAC systems, and strong personal skills to interact with customers is a must. Hours and work days can be flexible. Lead technicians get paid based on job revenue and could earn more than $50 per hour. Duties: • Perform air duct cleaning in mostly residential and some commercial environments. • Bid commercial opportunities based on industry standard pricing • Help maintain and care for the top-of-the-line equipment that we use • Train assistant technician in an apprentice-style environment Requirements: • Must be honest, respectful, and loyal – always adding to our company’s positive work environment • We are looking for candidates with experience in HVAC and/or duct cleaning. • Must be good with people, reliable, have a valid driver's license. • Able to use tools efficiently. • Be physically able to lift 50 pounds of weight occasionally if needed. • Drug and Alcohol-Free.
