Creekside Maintenance is a rapidly growing property maintenance and construction company that services HOA and commercial properties all over the Denver Metro Area. We are an affiliate of a large, established management company and are dedicated to servicing their clients exclusively; there is plenty of work and job security when working with us! We are seeking to add a dependable, hard working, and well qualified candidate who wants to grow with our business. The right individual will be self-motivated and, after a training period, be able to work independently. We need a candidate with a broad background and proficiency across all trades. We'll put all of it to work. Reply to this posting with your resume. Pay will be based on experience and performance. The pay range starts at $22 per hour, and may be higher depending on experience. We also offer the opportunity for raises after an initial evaluation period. Performance based bonuses are available and we pay for additional licenses/certifications. We will provide a work truck during business hours. General Duties Include: - Perform general maintenance of buildings and grounds at HOA residential communities, under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor - Work with a team to complete larger projects (fence building, painting, etc.) - Complete property inspections to document maintenance needs using a smartphone with a camera - Document work completed using a smartphone - Interact with property managers, Board members, and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner - Finish a daily list of work orders independently or on special projects as part of a team - Be proficient, experienced, and willing to complete work in the following areas, among others: drywall repairs and texturing, fence repairs and installation, basic carpentry, painting, gutter cleaning, grounds cleaning and pickup, light checks/replacement/troubleshooting, general landscaping, and junk removal - Be on-time and a reliable co-worker for your team Requirements include: - Have a valid driver's license - Have a professional appearance and demeanor - Own most of the basic tools required - Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of the following: Hand tools: Various wrenches, screwdrivers, grips, sledge hammer, hammer, snips, post hole diggers, saw, etc. Power tools: Grinder, sander, drill, saws, etc. User Moved Aids: Wheelbarrows, dollies, hand trucks, buckets, hoists, jacks, stepladders, full ladders, extension ladders - Be able to problem solve and troubleshoot - Be able to lift at least 100lbs - Have a smart phone that takes pictures - Be able to take direction - Be honest. Know what you can do and know what you can't do. Get someone else involved if that's what it takes to get something done right Nice to haves: - Masonry experience - Welding experience - Other certifications Benefits: - Work truck provided - Two weeks paid vacation and holidays - We also support our team members in their development.
