WE ARE HIRING!!!! 863-940-4800 Our maintenance team is looking to add 4 positions. Must have reliable transportation! INSPECTOR/DELIVERY DRIVER- Job duties include- Delivering notices, completing monthly property inspections, changing in home A/C filters, supply delivery for maintenance team and other general labor. $12.00-$13.00hr plus gas allowance GENERAL LABORER- Job duties include- Junk and trash removal from vacant properties, property preservation and clean up, demolition, and prep of rehab jobs for maintenance team and other general labor. $13.00-$15.00hr Painter/rehab crew- Job duties include- Painting and drywall repair on exterior and interior of vacant properties and complete punch out items for new move ins. $13.00-$16.00hr MAINTENANCE TECH- Job duties include- general home repair/maintenance. Individual would travel to occupied properties in Polk County to make general home repairs.
