We are a small but growing full service septic company specializing in septic inspections, cleaning, repairs and installations. The on-site wastewater business is an exciting and recession proof industry, we have full-time work 12 months out of the year on a very consistent basis. We are currently seeking full-time class A drivers, On-site Wastewater (OWTS)Technicians and OWTS inspectors to our team. JOB DESCRIPTION: The job requires a versatile individual that can work independently or on a crew with a positive attitude. This individual will be responsible for assisting with septic inspections, tank cleanings, customer relations, septic repairs and other miscellaneous duties. He / she needs to have knowledge of and perform daily DOT requirements on their assigned pump truck. QUALIFICATIONS: *Experience in the septic industry is helpful but not necessary. WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON *Self-starter / self-motivated *A willingness to learn and work as a team *Customer service skills -- ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner. *Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (Lift at least 50 lbs, kneel/crouch, bend over) *Problem Solving and time management skills *Detail oriented in the field as well as on written reports/paperwork **Must be willing to do drug testing** *Current National Association of Wastewater Technicians Inspector Certificate or willingness to complete / receive a NAWT Inspector Certificate **Clean driving record and Class-A CDL with a tanker endorsement ( Will help / pay for the right candidate's CDL if needed ) COMPENSATION: Competitive Wages Paid Holidays Paid Vacation (After 1 Year) Health Insurance Offered Retirement Plan available Bonuses Tips Overtime: Average 8-10 hrs / week **Occasional work on weekends** TO APPLY: Please send resume, requested salary needs and a short introduction of yourself to [email protected]
