Able Building Maintenance is hiring for full-time Janitorial Lead positions for commercial buildings in Lake Oswego area. Job Duties: • Perform custodial and routine maintenance as needed: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, emptying trash, cleaning/stocking restrooms • Training, supervising, and evaluating the performance of janitorial personnel • Apply rules, policies, and procedures to janitorial crew • Determine needed supplies and equipment for ordering Requirements: • Ability to pass E-Verify check to confirm eligibility to work in the U.S. • Previous Janitorial or supervisor experience is a plus Please reply with your resume or name, and phone number to contact you.
