This will require the right candidate to have: • A high level of customer service experience • Attention to detail • Reliable – a record of being on time • Train new Custodians • Coach and discuss performance of Custodians • Desire to correct customer complaints immediately • Must be a Great Ambassador for ABM – communication in a professional manner with Client and Custodians In this fast-paced environment -You need to be able to: • Perform Cleaning Routines in an Excellent Manner • Inspect buildings for safety • Supervise, inspect, and perform tag work • Solid history of safe work practices, following and enforcing company policies The right candidate will have: • Driver's License and Clean Driving Record • Commitment to working all scheduled shifts - ability to coach team members on committing to their shifts Do you have a proven record of success leading a custodial team?
