Yoga with HIIT class
If you have not had a chance to try our heart-pumpin’, sweat-drippin’ class, you’re missing out on all the good things that a high intensity workout brings. We combine intervals of yoga flow with high intensity training for sweaty endorphins, a stronger body, and an increase in cardiorespiratory fitness.
