Small breed mixed dog for adoption

I have a male chihuahua/beagle mixed breed for adoption. He is approximately 8 years old, up to date on shots and fixed. He is very sweet and gentle, but also very timid and shy. He does great with cats and other dogs and also does well with children that he knows. He is scared of small children though, so a quiet home without small kids would be best. He also has a tendency to be afraid of men. As stated before, he is scared and shy at first, but once he gets to know you he will love you and follow you everywhere. He's a total lap dog and doesn't require a lot of exercise, so a home or apartment would both be fine. He is potty trained as well and does not require a kennel. Please message me if you are interested or would like pictures. We are rehoming because it is far too busy in my home for him. He needs a quiet home with not a lot of people or traffic. And a female home is best. Requiring a small $40 rehoming fee just to make sure he goes to a good home. He will come with a few things like food, bed, leash, etc. Thank you!
