Entry Level Warehouse/Packaging Job (Kenilworth, NJ) compensation: $14/hr + PTO. Part time on a trial basis. Can lead to full time job with benefits. Part Time, potentially full time. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm. ½ hr for lunch. Total 40 hours/week. We are a machine shop located in Kenilworth, NJ. We have been in business for 10 years. We manufacture washers/fasteners and need help in the packaging department. We are currently looking for a detail oriented candidate who's capable of doing repetitive work daily. We are currently seeking a part-time employee to work roughly 20hrs per week during the hours noted above (potentially turning into a full time job). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Hand package fasteners and other products *Hand assemble fasteners and other products. *Inspect finished packages for accuracy. *Label boxes by hand. *Sort products by hand. *Place completed boxes on pallets, wrap pallets, label pallets. We are small shop with 13 employees so there will be times that we require other secondary Responsibilities: *Pulling out Inventory *Deliveries via company truck(Dropping off and picking up inventory) *Organizing Inventory SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE: *Previous packaging experience. *Comfortable doing repetitive work while seated. *STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL a must! *Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. *Ability to lift relatively heavy boxes desired. *Basic reading, writing, and math skills. *Be comfortable standing most of the day. *Must be able to take direction and communicate effectively with management. *Able to speak and understand English. *Must have a valid drivers license and own transportation. *Forklift experience (optional, not required) *Pass a background check PLEASE REPLY BY EMAIL WITH THE FOLLOWING: *Attached Resume and why you would like to work here *Please note your part-time work hours desired between 8:30am and 5pm Monday-Friday COMPENSATION: $14/hr + PTO.
