Hi there. I'm a 36-year Portland chef-turned-vegan several years go, a graduate of Western Culinary Institute class of 1985, and I'm offering free vegan cooking phone consultations. Why? I just want to help. Call it giving back or karma I guess. If you are serious about improving your health and want to have a conversation about cooking plants I'll give you half an hour of my time for free explaining how I did it. This is for real. No sales pitch. Reply by answering this one question: Why are you interested in learning how to cook with plants? That's it. I'm not sure how many will respond. It could get overwhelming so please have patience!
