Hi, I need 1 wifi thermostat installed. The thermostat is a Honeywell T5 + Wi-Fi Thermostat. See picture included of all the parts. I'm paying $50.00 via check (I am not paying cash or any other way besides a check), price is non-negotiable and reasonable. The thermostat works fine now but the energy bills are high and this is one way of me reducing the bills. I'm available the following times/days but would like to do this as soon as possible and definitely in the next week. -Today: 2:00pm to 5pm -Thursday 9am-4pm -Friday 930-330pm Tuesday and Wednesday of next week basically at any time. The house is on the Eastside about 2 miles from downtown, it's near Commerce Street and New Braunfels. I'll meet you at the house and will be with you. The house has a tenant occupying it but they'll be at work.
