Benchmark Management is accepting applications for the position of Service Technician at our Rockwood apartment community. The primary duties of a Service Technician are to maintain the entire community in safe, attractive, comfortable condition, under the direction of the Service Manager and assist the Service Manager with all projects and phases of on-site maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be a High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years maintenance or skilled trade experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances.
