Busy property management company is seeking an individual to handle daily maintenance on properties.
The ideal individual will have general knowledge on all aspects of home maintenance and repair, emphasizing on the following:
Plumbing
Painting
Electrical
Must have reliable work vehicle and own tools. These things are not provided.
The job is a contractor position where a 1099 will be filed.
The job is full time, with a 35-40 hour work week generally.
The job pays $25.00/hour to start
