Compensation: $19 - $25 an hour DOE (Full-Time Salary)

Summarized Specific Duties:
• Develop, modify, and carry out a preventative maintenance program
• Ensure community grounds are in good repair and provide a safe and attractive environment
• Inspect the community and grounds regularly, identifying any areas in need of repair
• Manage and maintain the maintenance work order system and ensure all work orders are addressed in a timely manner
• Prepare resident rooms for move-in and ensure the room environment meets high standard of safety and cleanliness
• Test fire protection system as required by state law and complete monthly visual inspections
• Maintain HVAC system, ensuring optimal temperatures according to state law
• Ensure the plumbing system and water temps are maintained according to state law
• Maintain inventory levels of supplies
• Complete Disaster Drills & Training
• All other duties as assigned
This position is responsible for keeping the community grounds and equipment in good repair and working order. The ideal candidate has a background in plumbing, electrical, paint, drywall & texture repair, appliance repair and maintenance. HVAC experience is a plus! Must be a self-starter and have an ability to prioritize work, diagnose and repair in a timely fashion.
