Classic car restoration - Datsun 260z

Recently purchased a running and modified Datsun 260z. I have very little car repair experience but am generally well rounded individual, good at fixing things and following instructions. Wondering if there is anyone out there that is experienced and competent with older cars, specifically Z cars or Japanese cars. From what I understand these aren't terribly hard to work on but experience helps I am thinking this could be a fun side project for a retired mechanic or classic car hobbyist. I would be open to paying for help or trading another service for labor. Like most classics there are little things that don't work and cosmetics that it could use. Overall its in pretty good shape but will need some rust spots addressed, fender flares, paint, wheel swap, carb tuning, locks fixed, possible brake upgrade, tune up etc Professionally I am a real estate investor, broker (in MA), jiu jitsu purple belt, guitarist / vocalist, crypto / defi enthusiast and investor, tech lover, climber, biker, former personal trainer. I'm a bit of a jack of all trades, master of none. No formal education but I'm very well versed in nutrition and weight loss.
